Fabricating in a purpose-built welding shop,
Revolution manufacture bespoke one off jobs to weekly contract work.
HGV subframes for crane's and flatbed bodies, tow hitches, tail lifts, raise lower bumpers and storage boxes with
refurbishment of low loader trailers, hydraulic folding or slide out ramps sample just a few of Revolutions larger HGV capabilities.

Following the design phase, Revolution work closely with local firms who
supply laser cutting, precision machining, guillotine and folding work, allowing Revolution a seamless workflow from beginning to end.
Finishing off builds to the highest of standards, also locally, Revolution have the capability to blast-clean and finish coat to a clients specification,
once coated, Revolution final build in rediness for collection.

History
Being formed on Dec18th 2013,
incorporating two former entities of racing and engineering,
Revolution Inc was established with orders from BJ&C Carberry to refurbish an HGV low-loader trailer and two race cars for a client in China.
The honour of first job though went to a quick fix on an extending trailer.
To futureproof, Revolution approached another local firm, Shelbourne Reynolds Engineering (SRE), with a supply of sub-contract agreed upon the first 10 years has seen growth with SRE alongside a wide variety of engineering work, in this time Revolution has quietly grown their workforce to a team of nine highly skilled personnel.
Revolution Fabrications Ltd was formed in Feb 2020 with expansion into new premises during 2022, resulting in Revolution being even more streamlined and productive.

Volvo Sandwich-Subframe
Chosen as a case study, from the first 10 years of work, this new Volvo tractor unit required the subframe to be removable, fully welded and painted prior to refitting.
Starting with 10mm side plates to the amount off box section within the sandwich subframe, its was capped off in more 10mm plate and fully welded both on and off of the chassis.
Once all welds had been cleaned off and sanded flush, brackets for fixing lights and pipework finished the fabrication off, then off to paint before the final fit-out.
